How to download Office 365 email database to your computer
Open Outlook
Click on the File tab that is on the upper left side of the window
Now click on the Account Settings
The account Settings popup window will open. The popup will automatically open under the Email tab, but to be sure we will click on the email tab
Click on the Email Tab
Click on Change (Change Account)
Where it says Mail to keep offline, move the slider all the way to the right
Now close the popup
Depends on the size of the database, it might take a couple hours to download all emails. We are suggesting to leave the PC on overnight to fully download everything.
