    1. From your preferred browser go to https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home
    2. Click on Active UsersOffice 365 Active Users
    3. Select the user whose mailbox you want to convert.
    4. On the user’s page, expand Mail Settings.office365-mail-settings
    5. Click Convert to shared mailbox
